General Purpose of the Job:
The Senior Sales Manager leads and manages all sales operations and oversees activities of the sales management team. The key objective of the Senior Sales Manager is to grow incremental and new sales for the business while maintaining current customer portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies that maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge.
- Prepare sales rolling plan including production, whole sales, retail sales and stock.
- Manage Distributors’ target.
- Prepare, maintain and execute promotion policy.
- Manage full Supply Chain activities.
- Manage the price including CIF and MSRP.
- Responsible for guiding, monitoring and leading respective team.
- Collaborate with Country Sales Managers in order to achieve the targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales process.
Reporting Structure:
The position reports to Sales Director.
Number of direct reports: 1 (Logistic and Sales Specialist)
Main Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales achievements (wholesale / retail / market share)
- Delivery on Time
Internal & External Stakeholders:
- HQ Logistics department
- Local Marketing, Finance, HR & Admin
- Local Management
- Respective vendors
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, or degree in logistics or engineering
- 5 years of prior experience in a similar role
- English language knowledge
- Hungarian language knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent organisational and planning skill
- Good data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skill
- Leadership abilities
