Currently, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic aftersales professional to manage our aftersales team in the Netherlands region.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to distributors with performance and organization.
- Responsible for operational standards deployment.
- Responsible for parts and accessory sales support (deploying the central programs).
- Identify sales targets based on market potential (running carpark, customer retention).
- Manage commercial policies (dealer bonus, campaigns, expenses, etc.).
- Develop action plans for customer retention and satisfaction, service quality and PDCA.
- In charge of market meetings, market deep dives, and business plan meetings.
- Responsible for market performance reports coordination.
- Streamline information and communication from and to markets.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree related to engineering, automotive, or mechanics; Master's degree or higher is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of management and aftersales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English and German required; Dutch is a plus.
- Good collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently; a self-starter.
- Strong focus on accuracy; an eye for details.
- Skilled in the use of automotive diagnostics tools.
- Skilled in the use of basic computer applications (MS Office).
- High level of flexibility.
