General Purpose of the Job:
Product management revolves around the overall supervision of our products. It is a functionality to structure all the phases of a product life cycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate customer needs into use case and technical requirements for R&D.
- Manage products throughout the entire product lifecycle including product launches, strategic and tactical activities such as product definition, pricing, promotion and customer support.
- Develop and communicate a deep understanding of the markets, customers and technical requirements to drive commercial success.
- Collaborate with sales, business development, engineering, project management and corporate marketing teams to guide product execution, priorities and delivery.
- Develop and deliver product content including product updates, competitive positioning, product trainings, webinars, etc.
- Drive product launches, sales support and product training.
- Product planning including setting product specifications, product lifecycle actions, running and minor changes, limited editions.
- Prepare price position analysis and competitors position (value MSRP and PVA).
- Support Senior Marketing manager in management reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting Structure:
The position reports to Senior Marketing Manager.
Number of direct reports: No direct reports
Main Key Performance Indicators:
- Development of product launch plans on time with accurate data.
- Execution of product launches, including product trainings.
- Product, pricing and market reports completed on time with accurate data.
- Support of top management, country managers, distributors with product related topics.

- HQ Product department
- Local departments
- Local Management
- Respective vendors
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or in Technical University/Collage
- At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role preferably in the automotive industry
- Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Interrest in cars/automotive technology
- English language knowledge
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge
