General Purpose of the Job:
- A Marketing communications assistant manager is responsible for developing and implementing an organization’s communication strategies.
- They work with teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels, and oversee the creation of marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and social media content.
- They also evaluate the results of various marketing campaigns, spearhead market research efforts, and coordinate initiatives across a variety of channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and brand.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Oversee the planning and execution of company events.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legislation.
- Responsible for guiding, monitoring and leading entire team.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of prior experience in a similar role
- English language knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent organisational and planning skill
- Good data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skill
- Leadership abilities
