General Purpose of the Job:
The Fleet Manager oversees and manages our fleet sales operations across the Central and Eastern European region and is responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of our corporate sales, maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction, and implementing effective structure, strategies and actions that align with our organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing sales network to achieve the fleet sales target.
- Creating a long- and short-term fleet sales strategy on the Hungarian market.
- Meeting with strategic account customers to negotiate and close major deals.
- Preparing and implementing sales programs for strategic and retail fleet customers through analysis of the market and competition activities.
- Creating a discount policy - preparing individual conditions for strategic fleet customers and general (framework) conditions for retail fleet customers, offers in the field of after-sales service and mobility.
- Promotional, PR, event, advertising and marketing activities for fleet sales.
- Developing and controling the implementation of the fleet sales budget in terms of the margin obtained, tactical budget and discounts as well as Manufacturer's support.
- Developing and implementing fleet sales plans by agreeing on overall sales plans, split by models, fleet customer groups and months.
· Cooperating with leasing and Rent a Car companies.

The position reports to: Sales and Marketing Director.

- All departments within the organisation
- Leasing and Rent a Car companies
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in fleet sales and/or key account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of fleet management best practices and industry regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in fleet management Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional CEE languages are advantageous.
