General Purpose of the Job:
- Cooperate with distributor to develop MG market opportunities for MG in Czech Republic and Slovakia (and if required additional countries)
Key responsibilities:
- Establish a good cooperative relationship with distributor to enhance the popularity and market share of the MG brand in Czech Republic and Slovakia (and if required additional countries)
- Focus on the management of distributor in sales, marketing, network and after sales area
- Collect necessary market, competitive brand and product information to enable CEE to execute product management based on Czech and Slovakian requirements
- Coordinate commercial activities with leasing companies in the region (primarily) and fleet owners to sell MG
- Support distributors in commercial activities, coordinate all related operational tasks of distributor and CEE
- Set and negotiate sales targets with the distributors and ensure targets are achieved
- Act as the first point of contact with the CEE organization for Czech and Slovakian stakeholders (and if required additional countries)
- Manage relationships with governments, subsidies and regulation organizations
- Be spokesman for Czech Republic and Slovakia on behalf of the MG brand
- Through dealer visits to find the problem and ask the distributor to improve
- Complete other work tasks assigned by the leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the automotive industry
- Has a relevant distributor management working experience in Czech Republic and Slovakia to manage the sales, network and aftersales
- Have a strong background in automotive products
- Be a sales-oriented person, proficient in distributor communication and management
- Ability to use MS Office applications and understand multiple languages and cultures
- Czech/ Slovakian language knowledge and English on a business professional level
- Ability to work independently and actively as target-oriented
- Strong focus on building fast - be creative with restricted budgets and high-performance
- High level of flexibility in time, location and multiple solutions. Travelling is about 50% of the time
