General Purpose of the Job:
As the After Sales Manager, you are responsible for building and maintaining a strong and customer focused After Sales service level in Poland. You will establish and maintain the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction. Moreover, you will play an important role in developing and maintaining service products and After Sales propositions, and you will secure that the warranty procedure is carried out correctly. Controlling inventory of stock levels whilst maximizing revenue and customer service alongside the aftersales department. Identification and resolution of logistic challenges minimizing impact to business and customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive and develop partners’ service preparation, execution and service performance assessment, establish annual service target and ensure the goal achievement, steering the partner’s continuous service level improvement.
- Coordinate with legal and sales team to sign After-sales agreement if new distributors are appointed.
- Regional regular visit, organize meeting, workshop and other activities with regional partners, review the business plan. Be responsible for the after-sales projects development, execution and assessment.
- Secure the quality of our service network by timely training, tooling and other supportive materials.
- Investigate and collect Market information and cooperate with HQ for business plan and strategy.
- Coordinate with team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Coordinate the spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain team and steering parts service level improvement.
- Coordinate the after-market activities and service campaign implementation.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Automotive/Engineering.
- Experienced as Aftersales Manager within an OEM automotive industry.
- Willing to travel on a frequent basis within Poland.
- English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently, multitasking.
- High level of flexibility and understanding of multicultural work environment.
